摘要
中国经济转型对中小企业创新提出了特殊的要求,微创新成为中小型企业重要的创新方式。微创新强调面向客户价值的创新特征,决定了企业必然会依据内外条件选择合适的微创新类型。本研究基于微创新理论、知识基理论和网络嵌入性理论的研究成果,探究微创新类型选择决策。多案例探索性研究结果表明:当企业知识基具有较高宽度且外部网络注重结构性嵌入,企业倾向选择模仿式微创新;当企业知识基具有较高深度且外部网络注重关系性嵌入,企业倾向选择自主式微创新;当企业知识基拥有较高深度和宽度且外部网络注重结构性嵌入,企业倾向选择延续式微创新。
The transformation of the Chinese economy has put special demands on the innovation of SMEs.Micro-innovation has become a mainstream innovation method for SMEs.The special feature of micro-innovation,focusing on customers' value,determines that a firm should select an appropriate type of micro-innovation according to its internal and external conditions.Based on the existing research of micro-innovation,knowledge base,and network embeddedness,this paper studies the selection of a firm's micro-innovation type.The results of an exploratory study of six firms suggest that when a firm's knowledge base has a high breadth and the external network focuses on structural embedding,the firm tends to choose mimic micro innovation;when a firm's knowledge base has a high depth and the external network focuses on relational embedding,the firm tends to choose autonomous micro-innovation;and when a firm's knowledge base has both a high depth and width,and external networks focus on structural embedding,the firm tends to choose continuation micro innovation.
