光质对三叶崖爬藤光合特性和总黄酮含量调控的研究

摘要
本文主要目的是研究光质对三叶崖爬藤(Tetrastigma hemsleyanum)光合特性[叶绿素含量、净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)]及总黄酮含量的影响。以二年生已初生块根的三叶崖爬藤扦插苗为处理材料,种植在透明膜(CK-W)、红膜(RF)、黄膜(YF)、绿膜(GF)及蓝膜(BF)覆盖的大棚中。结果表明:RF处理下其叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)和叶绿素a+b(Chl a+b)含量最高,BF处理下叶绿素a/b(Chl a/b)极显著高于其他处理;光合-光响应曲线拟合后发现,与CK-W相比,YF、BF和GF处理下三叶崖爬藤P_n、G_s、T_r和C_i均较高,RF处理下最低。全天光合测定表明,三叶崖爬藤具有光合"午休"现象,其中CK-W与BF处理下P_n最高且相近,RF整体处于较低水平;T_r与C_i在日变化过程中大致与G_s呈同步变化趋势。CK-W和YF处理下的叶片中的总黄酮含量极显著高于其他光质处理,RF处理下块根中的总黄酮含量最高且与其他光质处理差异极显著。综上所述,三叶崖爬藤的光合特性和不同部位的总黄酮含量对光质处理的响应都是有所差异的。
        To uncover the effect of light quality on photosynthetic characteristics[chlorophyll(Chl)content,net photosynthetic rate(P_n),stomatal conductance(G_s),transpiration rate(T_r)and intercellular CO_2 concentration(C_i)]and total flavonoid content in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum,two-year-old cutting seedlings with primary root tubers were investigated under white plastic film(CK-W),red plastic film(RF),yellow plastic film(YF),green plastic film(GF)and blue plastic film(BF),respectively.The highest contents of Chl a,Chl b,and Chl a+b in T.hemsleyanum were detected under RF,and the Chl a/b under BF was significantly higher than those under other films.Compared to CK-W treatment,P_n,G_s,T_r and C_i were markedly higher in YF,BF and GF treatments,but were lowest in RF treatment.A"midday break"phenomenon was found in T.hemsleyanum during diurnal photosynthesis.P_n was the highest in CK-W and BF treatments with similar variation trends,while was lower under RF.T_r and C_i showed synchronous trends with G_s in diurnal variation.Under CK-W and YF,the total flavonoid contents in leaves were significantly higher than those in other treatments,while the highest content in roots was detected under RF with significantly difference in contrast to other treatments.Therefore,photosynthetic characteristics and total flavonoid content in different parts of T.hemsleyanum showed different responses to light quality.
