摘要
应用二次响应曲面试验设计法研究无卤低烟阻燃三元乙丙橡胶(LSOH-EPDM)电缆绝缘材料的阻燃体系和阻燃性能,建立不同性能指标的回归方程。结果表明:采用响应曲面试验设计法得出的LSOH-EPDM绝缘材料不同性能指标的回归方程预测值与试验值吻合性较好;随着镁铝水滑石、氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁用量的增大,胶料的阻燃性能提高,物理性能呈下降趋势;3种阻燃剂的配比对阻燃性能影响显著,采用镁铝水滑石、氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁用量分别为67,53和59份的阻燃体系的LSOH-EPDM胶料具有良好的阻燃性能、耐高温性能和耐油性能;采用LSOH-EPDM绝缘材料生产的单芯阻燃A类电缆阻燃性能提高,整体材料成本降低。
The flame retardant system and flame retardant property of halogen-free low smoke and flame retardant EPDM(LSOH-EPDM) cable insulating material were investigated by quadratic response surface methodology,and the regression equations with different response were established. The results showed that,the predicted values of regression equation for different properties of LSOH-EPDM insulating material obtained by quadratic response surface methodology were in good agreement with the experimental results.With the increase of the contents of Mg-Al hydrotalcite,aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide,the flame retardant property of the compound was improved and the physical properties deteriorated in general.The proportion of those three flame retardants had significant effect on the flame retardant property of the compound,and the LSOH-EPDM compound with 67 phr Mg-Al hydrotalcite,53 phr aluminum hydroxide and 59 phr magnesium hydroxide had good flame retardant property,high temperature resistance and oil resistance. The flame retardant property of the single core flame retardant class A cable produced from LSOH-EPDM insulating material was improved,and the overall material cost was reduced.
