摘要
为提高腾晖煤业2-1052掘进巷施工工效,缩短施工工期,对EBZ-160型掘进机机载支护进行改造并进行了工程实践。在EBZ-160型掘进机的顶部和两帮安装机载临时支护装置,在掘进机截割部区域内安装锚杆钻机,不再增设液压系统,通过线路连接使其与掘进机主机共用一个液压系统。其中,机载临时支护装置与锚杆钻机通过专用联接装置分别固定于掘进机截割部顶部和截割部升降油缸连接销子上,工作时,通过控制截割部的行走,进行锚杆机钻眼支护,实现掘锚护一体化工艺。生产应用表明,工作面月度单进水平达到300 m/月以上,整机掘进开采效率提高了15%,缩短了锚杆打眼、锚固时间,提高了掘进效率。
        In order to improve the construction efficiency of the 2-1052 tunneling roadway in Tenghui Coal Mine, the EBZ-160 roadheader support system was upgraded and engineering practice was carried out. Temporary supporting devices were installed in the top and the two sides of the EBZ-160 roadheader with borer being set inside the cutting zone, hydraulic system is shared with the roadheader through pipeline. The on-board temporary support device and the anchor borer are respectively fixed on the top of the cutting part of the roadheader and the connecting pin of the cutting part lifting oil cylinder through special coupling devices. By controlling the walking of the cutting part, the anchor support is carried out, and the integrated technology of digging & anchoring and supporting is realized. The application shows that the monthly single-entry in the working face reaches 300 m, and the mining efficiency of the whole machine is increased by 15%, which shortens the bolting and anchoring time and improves the tunneling efficiency.
