基于ANSYS Workbench液压绞车传动轴模态分析

摘要
传动轴是液压绞车的关键元部件之一,液压绞车的动力输送和制动都依靠传动轴进行传递,其振动特性严重影响绞车的使用寿命和安全性。对传动轴进行模态分析,研究其固有频率对绞车性能的影响。采用SolidWorks对传动轴进行三维建模,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench的Model模块。在Workbench中进行模态分析得出其前7阶固有频率和振型,确定了可能引发传动轴共振的频段,为液压马达的选取提供理论依据。
        The drive shaft is one of the important components of the hydraulic winch. The power transmission and braking of the hydraulic winch depend on the drive shaft,and its vibration characteristics seriously affect the service life and safety of the winch. The model of the drive shaft was built by SolidWorks,and the model was imported into ANSYS Workbench Model to analysis. The model was analyzed in Workbench to obtain its seven natural frequencies and vibration modes. The frequency band that may cause the resonance of the drive shaft was determined. Analysis provides a theoretical basis for the selection of hydraulic motors.
