摘要
针对现有技术及装备进行适应性兼容改进,制订钢轨现场闪光焊焊接和感应热处理一体机装备研制及工艺、一体化施工方案,实现钢轨现场焊接和焊后热处理一体化全自动作业模式,既提高了焊接接头质量稳定性,也缩短整体作业时间,降低了施工组织难度。文中分析总结了钢轨现场闪光焊接现状及应用需求,并制订了一体机主要方案、焊接和热处理流程及工艺参数,进行了焊接试验和接头取样力学性能分析。
        The existing technology and equipment were adapted and improved, and the development, technology and integrated construction scheme of the on-site flash welding and heat treatment integrated equipment were established. The integrated automatic operation mode of rail on-site welding and post-weld heat treatment was realized.It not only improved the quality stability of welded joints, but also shorten the overall working time and reduced the difficulty of construction organization. The current status and application requirements of on-site flash welding were analyzed and summarized in this paper. The main schemes of flash welding and heat treatment integrated machine,welding and heat treatment process and technology parameters were formulated. The welding test and mechanical properties of joint sampling were analyzed.
