摘要
智能制造是促进我国石化行业提质增效、转型升级的重要途径,智能工厂是智能制造的重要组成部分。本文将成熟度理论与石化行业的具体业务实践相结合,并在借鉴我国智能制造参考架构和智能工厂建设实践经验的基础上,提出我国石化行业首个智能工厂能力成熟度模型。继而,本文展示了运用成熟度模型进行成熟度评估的具体流程。通过构建石化行业智能工厂能力成熟度模型,可以为石化企业制定智能工厂建设战略规划提供依据,可以为石化企业在建的智能工厂的成熟度评估提供参考,可以为实现以评促建提供重要保障。
Intelligent manufacturing is an important way to promote the quality and efficiency of China petrochemical industry and it is also an important way to achieve the goal of transformation and upgrading of the industry. This paper combines the maturity theory with the specific business practice of the petrochemical industry, and on the basis of the reference architecture of intelligent manufacturing and smart factory construction practice in China, we propose the first capability maturity model of the smart factory in the petrochemical industry. Then we demonstrates the steps of the maturity appraisal in the petrochemical enterprise. All in all, the establishment of the smart factory maturity model can provide strategic planning basis for the smart factory construction of petrochemical enterprises which would build smart factory, and it can also provide maturity evaluation for the smart factory construction of petrochemical enterprises under construction, guaranteeing the fast and efficient development of the intelligent manufacturing in China petrochemical industry.
