摘要
建立强化功能饮料中异烟酸、烟酸、烟酰胺、异烟酰胺、1-甲基烟酰胺氯化物、烟酸前体(色氨酸)测定方法。采用离子对-C18色谱柱分离,HPLC/DAD测定。结果表明:在优化的条件下,6种物质在0.5~25.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.38~0.66mg/L;3个添加水平的平均回收率为90.4%~101.2%,日内精密度(n=5)为1.2%~3.1%;中间添加水平的日间精密度(n=3)为2.5%~4.3%。该方法简单,是一种适用测定强化功能饮料中烟酸类化合物的方法。
A method for determining isonicotinic acid, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, isonicotinic acid amide,1-methylnicotinamide chloride, and nicotinic acid precursor(tryptophan) was established in a fortified functional beverage. Separation by ion pair-C18 column, HPLC/DAD determination. The results showed that under the optimized conditions, the linearity of the six analytics in the range of 0.5~25.0 mg/L was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, and the detection limit of the method(S/N=3)was 0.38~0.66 mg/L. The average recovery of the three addition levels is 90.4%~101.2%, the intraday precision(n=5) is 1.2%~3.1%, and the inter-day precision(n=3) of the intermediate addition level is2.5%~4.3%. The method is simple and is a method for determining a niacin compound in a fortified functional beverage.
