热眼在线表面检测系统在高速线材生产中的应用

摘要
针对线材轧制过程中由于速度高、规格小,表面质量缺陷不易被及时检测到的问题,河钢邯钢线材产线从美国引进了热眼RSB在线表面质量检测系统。介绍了热眼系统的组成,检测原理以及在线材表面折叠、划痕、结疤、裂纹缺陷检测中的应用情况。通过比对,认为热眼系统捕捉到的线材表面缺陷图片与实物缺陷吻合,检测结果准确,且及时。热眼系统的应用,有效减少了线材表面质量导致的废次品,提高了产品质量和市场竞争力。
        In view of the problem that surface quality defects can not be detected in time due to high speed and small specifications in wire rolling process, hot-eye RSB on-line surface quality detection system was introduced from the United States in HBIS Group Hansteel wire production line. The composition, detection principle of hot eye system and its application in the detection of surface folding, scratching, scarring and crack defects on wire surface are introduced. Through comparison, it is concluded that the images of surface defect captured by the hot eye system coincide with the real defects, and the test results are accurate and timely. The application of hot-eye system can effectively reduce the waste products caused by the surface quality of wire rod and improve the product quality and market competitiveness.
