摘要

设计思维是一种创新思维,它的出现对经济和设计转型都有着推动作用。而在如今的转型中,很多产品会忽视一些极端用户,回避特殊问题,只一味追求产品的产出从而导致最后的失败,这提醒我们设计应该认识到用户群体的多样性。在设计的过程和结果中应关注到用户在某些情境下的限制,让更多的人从设计中受益——包容性设计由此提出。文章将设计思维与传统设计作比较,总结设计思维模型在包容性设计中的指导和应用,同时结合案例重新理解了包容性设计的方法和领域。
        Design thinking is a kind of creative thinking, it has a role on economic transformation and design. In the transformation, many products will ignore some extreme users, avoiding special problem, only in pursuit of its output would lead to the failure of the final product,it reminds us that design should realize the diversity of user groups.In the process and results of design, we should pay attention to the limitations of users in some situations, so that more people can benefit from the design: inclusive design is proposed.This paper compares design thinking with traditional design, summarizes the guidance and application of design thinking model in inclusive design, and re-understands the methods and fields of inclusive design with cases.
