摘要

目的探讨风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值。方法以抽签的模式随机抽取2016年9月至2017年1月本院儿科收治的88例患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组给予常规管理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予风险防范式护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患儿家属护理满意度为95.45%,显著高于对照组的79.55%(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员健康教育、护理文件、病房护理、基础护理及心理护理评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿护理风险事件总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理管理中应用风险防范式护理进行干预,可显著提高患儿家属满意度,改善护理质量及患儿家属情绪,有效控制护理风险事件发生,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To explore the application value of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of 88 cases of children admitted in pediatrics department of our hospital from September 2016 to January2017 were randomly selected as the study objects by drawing lots. The children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine management, while the observation group was given risk prevention nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was 95.45%, which was significantly higher than 79.55% in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of health education, nursing documents, ward nursing, basic nursing and psychological nursing of nursing staffs in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The anxiety score of the family members in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management can significantly improve the satisfaction of children's family members, the quality of nursing and emotions of children's family members, effectively control the occurrence of nursing risk events, and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and applicaton.
