摘要
目的分析乌鲁木齐市4所小学近视小学生视功能相关生存质量现状及其影响因素,为制定提高近视小学生生存质量的干预策略提供理论依据。方法 2018年5—7月,采用分层整群随机的抽样方法随机抽取乌鲁木齐市4所小学中552名四至六年级近视学生为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查表、视功能相关生存质量量表调查552名近视小学生的视功能相关生存质量,分析其视功能相关生存质量的影响因素。结果近视小学生视功能相关生存质量量表各个领域得分均低于视力正常小学生的得分,其中总的健康(t=12.755,P<0.01)、总的视力(t=31.289,P<0.01)、眼部疼痛(t=35.529,P<0.01)、视力状态(t=35.364,P<0.01)、外出活动(t=14.304,P<0.01)、社交功能(t=16.250,P<0.01)、心理健康(t=18.479,P<0.01)、活动受限(t=4.565,P<0.01)、依赖他人(t=10.746,P<0.01)、周边视野(t=2.213,P<0.05)、总均分(t=17.736,P<0.01),两组比较差异均有统计学意义。四、五、六年级各组内不同近视程度学生的视功能相关生存质量得分差异有统计学意义(F=10.930,P<0.01)。单因素分析结果显示,年级(F=15.490,P<0.01)、近视程度(F=19.510,P<0.01)、近视病程(F=17.584,P<0.01)、戴镜时间(F=3.549,P<0.05)为近视小学生视功能相关生存质量的影响因素。多因素logistic分析结果显示,年级、近视程度、近视病程、戴镜时间均是损伤近视小学生视功能相关生存质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市四至六年级近视学生视功能相关生存质量问题突出,可能由近视程度、近视病程、戴镜时间等因素导致。针对危险因素,探索有效的干预措施,是提高近视小学生视觉生存质量的重中之重。
        [Objective]To investigate the status and influencing factors of visual function-related life quality of myopic pupils,and to provide theoretical basis for formulating intervention strategies to improve the life quality of myopic pupils in 4 primary schools in Urumqi. [Methods]From May to July 2018,stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select the fourth-,fifth-,and sixth-grade myopic pupils(552 cases) from 4 primary schools in Urumqi. A self-designed questionnaire and a Chinese version of NEI-VFQ-25 were used to investigate the visual function-related life quality of 552 myopic students. Pupils' visual functionrelated life quality and its influencing factors were analyzed. [Results]The scores of the visual functio-related life quality scale for myopic pupils in all fields were lower than those of normal pupils. There were significant differences between the two groups in the aspects of total health(t=12.755,P<0.01),total visual acuity(t=31.289,P<0.01),eye pain(t=35.529,P<0.01),visual status(t=35.364,P<0.01),outgoing activities(t=14.304,P<0.01),social function(t=16.250,P<0.01),mental health(t=18.479,P<0.01),limited activities(t=4.565,P<0.01),dependence on others(t=10.746,P<0.01),peripheral visual field(t=2.213,P<0.05),total average score(t=17.736,P<0.01). There were significant differences in the scores of visual function-related life quality among the four,five and six grades students with different degrees of myopia(F=10.930,P<0.01). Univariate analysis showed that grade(F=15.490,P<0.01),degree of myopia(F=19.510,P<0.01),course of myopia(F=17.584,P<0.01),time of wearing glasses(F=3.549,P<0.05) were the influencing factors of the life quality of myopic pupils. The results of multivariate logistic analysis showed that grade,degree of myopia,course of myopia and time of wearing glasses were the influencing factors of visual function-related life quality of myopic pupils(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The life quality related to visual function of myopic pupils in grades 4 to 6 in Urumqi is prominent,which may be caused by the degree of myopia,the course of myopia and the time of wearing glasses.According to the risk factors,exploring effective intervention measures is the most important method to improve the visual life quality of myopic pupils.
