摘要
目的:探讨干姜大枣提取物对饮冷寒凉的SD大鼠肠道微生态及血清胃泌素的影响。方法:选取SPF级SD大鼠18只,随机分成正常对照组、冰水模型组、冰水给药组。冰水模型组每日灌胃冰水,冰水给药组每日灌胃冰水和干姜大枣提取物。10d后采集大鼠血清和肠道内容物,采用酶联免疫学方法检测血清胃泌素,采用"多引物-多变量16SrRNA基因区"检测分析肠道菌群。结果:在实验大鼠肠道菌群属水平,与正常对照组相比,冰水模型组Lactobacillus丰度值显著降低(P<0.01),Dorea、Alistipes、Bilophila、Paraprevotella、Christensenella丰度值显著升高(P<0.05)。与冰水模型组相比,冰水给药组Lactobacillus丰度值显著升高(P<0.05),Dorea、Alistipes、Bilophila、Paraprevotella、Christensenella丰度值显著降低(P<0.05)。与正常对照组相比,冰水模型组胃泌素的含量均显著升高(P<0.01);与冰水模型组相比,冰水给药组胃泌素含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:长期饮冷寒凉,会出现肠道菌群失调,体内有益菌减少,血清胃泌素升高。干姜大枣提取物及时纠正了寒邪对肠道微生态的不良影响,使机体保持健康状态。
        Objective: To investigate the effects of Zingiberis Rhizoma and Jujubae Fructus extract on intestinal microecology and serum gastrin in cold drinking SD rats. Methods: Eighteen SPF SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, iced water model group, and iced water administration group. Iced water model group was given iced water and iced water administration group was given ice water and Zingiberis Rhizoma and Jujubae Fructus extract daily. Rat serum and intestinal contents were collected after 10 days, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect serum hormones and using ‘multiple primer-multivariate 16 SrRNA gene region' to analyze intestinal flora. Results: In rats intestinal flora genus level, compared with the normal control group, the abundance value of Lactobacillus in the iced water model group was significantly reduced(P<0.01);the abundance value of Dorea, Alistipes, Bilophila, Paraprevotella and Christensenella were increased in ice water model group(P<0.05). Compared with the iced water model group, the abundance value of Lactobacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05);the abundance value of Dorea, Alistipes, Bilophila, Paraprevotella, and Christensenella were reduced in iced water administration group(P<0.05). Compared with the normal control group, the content of gastrin in the iced water model group was significantly increased(P<0.01). The content of gastrin in the iced water administration group was lower than that in the iced water model group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Long-term cold drinking, intestinal flora was getting imbalanced, decreased beneficial bacteria in the body, and elevated serum gastrin. The extract of Zingiberis Rhizoma and Jujubae Fructus corrected the adverse effects of cold pathogenic factors on intestinal microecology timely and kept the body healthy.
