摘要
目的:评价早期乳腺癌病人外周血循环肿瘤细胞检测预后相关性。方法:Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌术后患者52例,按分子分型和临床分期各分为3组,行外周血循环肿瘤细胞检测,随访24个月。结果:外周血循环肿瘤细胞结果分组:低风险组7.69%,中风险组7.14%,与高风险组18.18%(χ~2=8.798,P<0.05)有统计学差异。随访24个月复发率确诊率与外周血循环肿瘤细胞检测结果相关并具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.474,P<0.05)。外周血循环肿瘤细胞检测结果与临床分期(χ~2=6.474,P=0.039)相关。但与分子分型、化疗方案、术式及年龄等变量单因素无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:外周血循环肿瘤细胞检测评价早期乳腺癌患者术后复发率是一种敏感,相对独立的评价因素。
        Objective:To evaluate the correlation of prognosis of peripheral blood circulation tumor cells detection in patients with early breast cancer. Methods:52 patients with stage I and II breast cancer were divided into 3 groups according to molecular typing and clinical stage. Peripheral blood circulation tumor cells were detected and followed up for 24 months. Results: The results of peripheral blood circulating tumor cells were grouped into 7.69 % in the low-risk group, 7.14 % in the middle-risk group, and 18.18 % in the high-risk group(χ~2=8.798, P<0.05). The diagnosis rate of recurrence rate at follow-up for 24 months was correlated with the detection of circulating blood cells in peripheral blood and was statistically significant(χ~2=6.474, P<0.05). The results of peripheral blood circulating tumor cells were correlated with clinical stage(χ~2=6.474, P=0.039). However, there was no statistically significant difference in the single factor of molecular typing, chemotherapy regimen, surgical procedure and age(P>0.05). Conclusion: Peripheral blood circulation tumor cell assay is a sensitive and relatively independent evaluation factor for evaluating the recurrence rate of early breast cancer patients.
