摘要
湖南高职院校是"芙蓉工匠"人才培养的重要基地,通过数据分析与实地调研,发现在湘高职"芙蓉工匠"人才培养与湖南区域产业经济发展之间存在教育资源分布不均、对社会的服务贡献度低、产教融合深度不够以及"匠师"教师队伍内涵建设有待提高等问题。基于契合湖南区域产业经济发展的视角,从构建"政、行、企、校"多方联动的产教融合长效互动机制、培养一批高水平的"匠师"教师队伍以及做好"芙蓉工匠"人才培养顶层设计三个方面提出具体的人才培养途径,以期实现湖南省职业教育与区域经济的协同发展。
The higher vocational colleges in Hunan are important bases for the cultivation of"Furong Craftsman"talents.Through the data analysis and field investigation,between the training of Hunan"Furong Craftsman"talents and the development of Hunan regional industrial economy,such problems were found as uneven distribution of educational resources,low contribution to social services,insufficient integration of production and education,and the connotation construction of teachers to be improved.From the perspective of the development of Hunan regional industrial economy,this paper puts forward specific ways of talent training from three aspects:Building a long-term interactive mechanism of the integration of industry and education,cultivating a group of high-level"craftsmen"teachers and doing a good job in top-level design of"Furong Craftsman"talent training,which can contribute to the coordinated development of vocational education and regional economy in Hunan Province.
