摘要

基于长江经济带11省(市)2007—2017年面板数据,采用DEA模型测算出区域创新绩效,再从产业结构合理化与高级化两个维度出发,实证探究产业结构优化对区域创新绩效影响。结果表明,合理化能有效促进创新绩效提升,而高级化对创新绩效表现为负向抑制作用;对长江经济带上中下游分别回归发现,合理化对区域创新绩效提升效果显著,但高级化对区域创新绩效作用存在显著区域差异,在上游中游地区抑制作用不明显,在下游地区则表现为显著抑制作用。由此,在长江经济带结构优化升级过程中应当重视推动合理化变迁,理性看待高级化。
        Based on the panel data of 11 provinces(cities) in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2007 to 2017, the DEA model is used to calculate the regional innovation performance.From two dimensions of the rationalization and the advancement of industrial structure, the paper empirically explores whether the optimization of industrial structure has a positive effect on regional innovation performance.The results show that rationalization can effectively promote the improvement of innovation performance, while advancement has a negative effect on innovation performance. The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt are regressed respectively, finding that rationalization exerts a greatly positive effect on regional innovation performance, and there are significant regional differences in the role of advancement on innovation performance.The inhibitory effect is not obvious in the upper and middle reaches, but significant in the lower reaches.It is concluded that in the process of structural optimization and upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Zone, attention should be paid to promoting rationalization and upgrading, and the advancement should be treated rationally.
