摘要
建筑工程土建施工现场管理具有重要意义,如节约时间并缩短工期、降低损耗与浪费、维持秩序与规范、树立企业良好形象、及时发现问题与漏洞等。提出土建施工存在的问题,如缺乏周密和科学的管理规划,缺乏系统和自觉的管理思想,现场管理缺少执行和配合,责任划分混乱、管理难度较大,缺乏成果验收评估环节等。列举了现场管理的优化策略,如建立健全土建施工现场管理体系,提高管理人员的现场把控能力,增强施工人员的规范意识,明确施工环节的责任归属,做好施工成果验收和考核评估。以期保证施工进度,保障建筑企业经济效益。
Site management of civil engineering construction is of great significance,such as saving time and shortening construction period,reducing wastage and waste,maintaining order and norms,establishing a good image of the enterprise,and finding problems and loopholes in time. The problems are put forward,such as lack of careful and scientific management planning,lack of systematic and conscious management ideas,lack of implementation and cooperation of field management,confusion of responsibility division,difficulty of management,lack of achievement acceptance and evaluation links,etc. The optimization strategies are enumerated,such as establishing and perfecting the management system of civil construction site,improving the managerial ability of site control,enhancing the normative consciousness of construction personnel,clarifying the responsibility attribution of construction links,and completing the acceptance and assessment of construction results,so as to ensure the progress of construction and ensure economic benefits of construction enterprises.
