摘要
对?5.0 mm 55CrSi弹簧钢丝分别采用奥氏体化时间1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5,3.0, 3.5 min加热处理后,进行铅浴回火,对钢丝相变规律进行研究。?5.0 mm 55CrSi冷拉钢丝在展开式连续生产线上进行淬回火热处理时,相变过程分为6个阶段:回复;小部分片状渗碳体转变为球状或短棒状;大部分片状渗碳体转变为球状或短棒状加局部出现奥氏体;奥氏体上分布较多残留球状未溶碳化物;残留球状碳化物溶解消失;奥氏体成分均匀化。
        Diameter 5.0 mm 55 CrSi spring wires were heat treated by adopting austenitizing1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5,3.0, 3.5 min time, then lead bath tempering, the steel wires austenitizing phase transition were studied. Diameter 5.0 mm 55 CrSi cold drawn steel wires were quenching and tempering heat treated on extended continuous production line, phase transition process was the following 6 stages such as recovery, then a small part of sheet cementite is transformed into sphericity or short rod, then most of sheet cementite was transformed into sphericity or short rod plus local austenite, then more spherical undissolved carbide were distributed in austenite; then residual spherical carbide dissolved and disappeared; then austenite composition homogenization.
