摘要
目的:优选越婢汤颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:根据传统提取技术与现代提取技术的对比结果,以出膏率、浸出物、含量测定为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验,对加水量、提取时间、提取次数进行考察,确定最佳的提取工艺条件。结果:结合生产实际、节能高效等诸方面因素,确定最佳提取条件为第一次加水8倍量,浸泡50min,回流提取1.5h,第二次加水6倍量,回流提取1.0h。结论:该提取方法合理、可靠、准确、可行,为进一步研究越婢汤颗粒剂在实际生产中的应用提供理论依据。
        Objective: To optimize the optimal extraction process of Yuebi Decoction Granules. Methods: According to the comparison results between traditional extraction technology and modern extraction technology, the extraction rate, extract and content were used as indicators. Through the L9(34)orthogonal test, the water addition, extraction time and extraction times were investigated to determine the most. Good extraction process conditions. Results: Combined with the actual production, energy saving and other factors, the optimal extraction conditions were determined by adding 8 times of water for the first time, soaking for 50 minutes, refluxing for 1.5 hours, adding water for 6 times for the second time, and extracting for 1.0 hour. Conclusion: The extraction method is reasonable, reliable, accurate and feasible, which provides a theoretical basis for further research on the application of Yuebi Decoction Granules in actual production.
