摘要
光互联具有低损耗、高吞吐率、低延迟等无可比拟的优势,但由于光互联技术面临光缓存和光处理两大障碍,因此有机地结合电互联网络是当前发展的主要趋势。本文主要介绍了三种最近几年新提出的片上光电混合网络结构:Corona,Dragonfly和Firefly,通过MATLAB工具建立了三种拓扑结构的功耗模型。通过对比研究,发现在少核芯片上,Corona拓扑结构的损耗相对较少,而对于多核芯片,Firefly拓扑结构有较好的损耗特性。
