摘要
设计了基于ARM Cortex-M内核的3D打印控制系统硬件设计方案,改变了传统以AVR内核单片机为核心的FDM型3D打印系统设计模式。主控制芯片STM32F429IGT6为32位单片机,集成丰富的外设接口,可以实现高效的处理数据能力,保障设备的运行稳定性,提高打印效率。主要论述3D打印控制系统硬件设计过程及注意事项。
The hardware design of 3 D printing control system based on ARM Cortex-M core is introduced, traditionally the design mode of 3 D printing system based on AVR core MCU has been changed. The main control chip STM32 F429 IGT6 is a 32-bit microcontroller,the chip has many peripheral interfaces,it can realize efficient data processing capability,ensure the stability of equipment operation and improve printing efficiency.The hardware design process and precautions of the 3 D printing control system are discussed.
