摘要
目的探讨"PBL+CBL"教学法在诊断学(心血管检查)教学中的教学效果。方法选取苏州大学2015级临床医学本科生共84人为研究对象,分为2个班级:卓越医师班(n=30)和普通班(n=54)。普通班学生采取传统教学法,卓越医师班学生采取"PBL+CBL"教学法。在阶段性教学结束后通过对学生理论成绩、技能成绩及教学满意度进行对比来评估两种教学方法的优劣。结果卓越医师班学生的理论成绩(81.0±9.2)分、技能成绩(86.3±7.9)分、教学满意度(94.3±4.3)分均明显优于普通班学生。差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论"PBL+CBL"教学法能够提升诊断学(心血管检查)教学效果及调动学生的积极性,优于传统的诊断教学方法。
        Objective To discuss the teaching effect of "PBL+CBL" teaching method on diagnostics(cardiovascular examination). Methods A total of 84 clinical medicine undergraduates from Soochow university in grade 2015 were selected as the research subjects, which were divided into two classes: the excellent physician class(n=30) and the ordinary class(n=54).The ordinary class students were adopted the traditional teaching method, while the excellent physician class students were adopted the "PBL+CBL" teaching method. At the end of the phased teaching, the merits and demerits of the two teaching methods were compared with the students' theoretical scores, skill scores and teaching satisfaction assessment. Results The theoretical scores(81.0±9.2) points, the skill scores(86.3±7.9) points and the teaching satisfaction assessment(94.3±4.3) points of the students in the excellent physician class were all better than those of the students in the ordinary class. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion "PBL+ PBL" teaching method which is better than the traditional teaching method can improve the teaching effect of diagnostics(cardiovascular examination) and mobilize the enthusiasm of students.
