摘要

中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是从中国土壤中成长起来的新型政党制度。梳理并把握改革开放以来中国新型政党制度的历史演进规律,总结基本经验和现实启示,对完整反映改革开放以来新型政党制度的发展过程,在新时代进一步坚持、发展和完善中国特色社会主义新型政党制度,发挥新型政党制度优势,推进世界政治文明建设具有重大的意义。
        The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a new type of political party system that has grown up from the Chinese soil. It is of great importance to analyze the historical evolution law of China's new party system since the reform and opening up and summarize its basic experience and realistic enlightenment, aiming to fully present the development process of the new party system, make a significant influence on adhering to, developing and improving the new type of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and exert to the full the advantages of the new party system to promote the construction of world political civilization.
