摘要

中国特色社会主义新时代是决胜全面建成小康社会和全面建设社会主义现代化强国的时代,至2020年中国将步入全面小康社会时代,全力迈进现代化强国的征程。"两步走"战略,规划确立了全面建成小康社会的背景、目的和意义,在全面建成小康社会的基础上建设现代化强国具有重要性和清晰的思路,现代化建设需要创新发展理念,以人民为中心,切实满足广大人民对于美好生活的向往和追求,同时,要选择适合本国国情的发展模式,集中智慧和力量建设现代化强国。
        The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the era of deciding to complete the construction of a moderately prosperous society and building a modern socialist country in all respects. The "two-step" strategy and planning establishes the background, purpose and significance of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Building a modern power based on the comprehensive construction of well-off society is of great importance and should have clear idea. Modernization construction needs the concept of innovation development, should take the people as the center and meet the people's yearning for a better life and pursuit; furthermore, there is a need to choose the development model suitable for its national conditions, and to pool our wisdom and strength so as to build a modern and powerful country.
