摘要

中共中央政法委和教育部联合推出卓越法律人才培养计划,提出培养应用性、复合型法律人才的要求。剖析我国法律名人成才之路以及各国法律人才培养模式,其中"复合型"是共性。比较我国复合型法律人才培养主要模式,复合型专业方向、辅修、双专业双学位以及法律(非法学)硕士模式等各有优劣。因此,根据社会对复合型法律人才的需求,高校需要丰富法律专业学生知识底蕴,将法律知识与其他专业知识有机融合,同时提升其实践能力,以期培养具备较高综合素质的复合型、应用性的法律人才。
        The Political and Legal Commission of the Central Committee of the CPC and the Ministry of Education jointly launched a plan for the training of outstanding legal talents, and put forward the requirements for the training of applied and compound legal talents. This paper analyses the ways of legal celebrities' development in China and the training mode of legal talents in various countries, among which "compound" is the common feature. It also compares the advantages and disadvantages of main training modes of compound legal talents in China, including the directions of compound specialties, minor courses, double majors and double degrees, and the mode of the master of law. Therefore, according to the social demands for the compound legal talents, colleges and universities need to enrich the knowledge of law students, integrate legal knowledge with other professional knowledge, and improve their practical abilities in order to cultivate compound and applied legal talents with higher comprehensive qualities.
