摘要

对上海这种超大城市而言,现代农业不仅承担区域基础粮农生产功能,更是城市功能的重要补充与承载。建立上海现代农业发展用地保障机制,推动上海现代绿色农业发展,不仅可以保障农产品最低保有量、农产品质量安全、农业资源与生态安全以及农业生产关系的稳定,也是上海实现农村产业兴旺的重要保障。
        For Shanghai, a megacity, modern agriculture not only undertakes regional basic grain and agricultural production functions, but also is an important supplement and bearing of urban functions. Establishing the modern agricultural development land security mechanism in Shanghai and promoting the development of modern green agriculture in Shanghai can not only guarantee the minimum quantity of agricultural products, the quality and safety of agricultural products, the stability of agricultural resources and ecological security, and the relationship between agricultural production, but also an important guarantee for Shanghai to achieve the prosperity of rural industries.
