摘要
研究了乳胶粒径、表面阳离子量不同的NVF-SMDMDAAC共聚物(PNSD)乳液在碱性条件下对桉木浆纸张的增强作用。结果表明:PNSD的纸张增强效果随乳胶粒径的减小而增强,与表面阳离子量和添加量呈正相关,其中粒径最小的PNSD-C1在添加量为0.25%时,纸张干、湿抗张指数和环压指数分别增大18%、54%和26%;表面阳离子量大的PNSD-P4在添加量为0.25%时,可使纸张干、湿抗张指数和环压指数分别增大23%、49%和33%。
        The strengthening to Eucalyptus pulp was studied of NVF-SM-DMDAAC copolymer emulsion(PNSD) with different particle size and surface cationic charge.The results show that the strengthening performance increases with the decrease of the emulsion particle size,having a positive correlation with the surface cationic charge and adding dosage.When the adding dosage of PNSD-C1 with the smallest particle size is 0.25%,the paper dry tensile index,wet tensile index and ring crash index are raised by 18%,54% and 26% respectively;when the adding dosage of PNSD-P4 with the largest surface cationic charge is 0.25%,the paper dry tensile index,wet tensile index and ring crash index are raised by 23%,49% and 33% respectively.
