摘要

目的分析磁共振胆胰管成像在低位胆系梗阻性疾病中诊断价值。方法选取62例低位胆系梗阻性疾病患者,均采取磁共振胆胰管成像,分析其诊断结果。结果胆总管及肝总管、肝内胆管及左肝管显示率高于胰腺管、胆囊、右肝管、右肝内胆管(P<0.05)。壶腹癌MRCP诊断符合率高于胆管结石、胰头癌、胆管癌、胆胰管炎症、十二指肠乳头腺瘤(P<0.05)。结论对低位胆系梗阻性疾病采取磁共振胆胰管成像诊断,可准确定位、完整成像。
        Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of biliary obstruction. Methods 62 cases of patients with low level biliary obstruction disease,were taken by magnetic resonance imaging of the bile duct,and the diagnosis results were analyzed. Results The rate of the common bile duct and hepatic duct,intrahepatic bile duct and left hepatic duct was significantly higher than that of the pancreatic duct,gallbladder,right hepatic duct and right intrahepatic bile duct(P<0.05). The coincidence of MRCP in diagnosis of ampulla carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the calculus of bile duct,pancreatic carcinoma of head,carcinoma of bile duct,biliary and pancreatic duct inflammation,duodenal papillary adenoma(P<0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging of the biliary duct can be taken for the diagnosis of low level biliary obstruction.
