人工虫草制剂对支原体肺炎患儿血清降钙素原、CRP及IL-17水平的影响

摘要
目的探讨人工虫草制剂对支原体肺炎患儿血清降钙素原、CRP及IL-17水平的影响。方法选取76例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为2组:对照组38例,予常规治疗;实验组38例,在常规治疗基础上加用人工虫草制剂。比较2组患儿血清PCT、CRP、IL-17、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化、临床疗效及不良反应。结果与对照组比较,实验组血清中PCT、CRP及IL-17明显降低(P<0.05),CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+水平明显升高(P<0.05),CD8~+显著降低(P<0.05),临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工虫草制剂能够降低小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中炎症因子水平,调节细胞免疫,临床疗效显著,且安全性较高。
        Objective To investigate the effect of artificial cordyceps preparation on serum levels of calcitonin,CRP and IL-17 in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods 76 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group. 38 cases were treated by conventional therapy and the experiment group 38 cases were treated on the basis of the control group with artificial cordyceps preparation. Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of the PCT,CRP and IL-17 were lower( P < 0. 05),the CD4~+,CD4~+/ CD8~+ level were higher( P < 0. 05),the CD8~+ level were lower( P < 0. 05),the clinical total effective rate were higher( P < 0. 05),the incidence of adverse reactions were lower( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Artificial Cordyceps sinensis preparation can reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with serum and regulation of immune cell,clinical curative effect is remarkable,and the safety is high.
