工业心理学交叉领域的发展与创新:基于工业4.0与中国制造2025

摘要
德国工业4.0战略的提出和中国制造2025规划的出台标志着工业大国已经全面进入制造业转型和升级的全新阶段,而以信息物理融合技术为核心的智能制造正掀起着全球制造业继机械化、电器化和自动化后的第四次工业变革。因此,工业心理学在未来应更加关注虚拟现实、人工智能与机器人、大数据与云技术、人机交互设计、用户体验等领域的研究,从而适应和促进科技及制造业的发展。(1)工业心理学在虚拟现实领域的研究应注重增强现实技术与工业制造的结合,从而为智能工厂可视化生产提供技术平台;(2)在人工智能与机器人领域的研究应着力在机器学习方面寻求提升,通过更好的将人类认知学习的经验拓展到计算机算法的研发中,从而更好的提高机器学习的智能化水平;(3)在大数据与云技术领域的研究应逐步由信息的收集和储存过渡为信息的管理和应用,数据是产品研发和市场定位的原材料,通过互联网和软件工厂可以对整个产业链建模辅助智能管理,产品的用户反馈可以迅速的被传递到制造链的上游用于产品优化,合理高效的大数据利用将大大缩短产品制造和换代的生命周期;(4)在人机交互设计领域的研究除了关注传统的用户操纵界面外还应全面关注工厂的智能生产操纵平台,如何设计产品制造中的虚拟可视化操纵系统,如何优化工人产品制造的控制系统,都对于减少产品生产过程中的人为因素干扰及提高工厂的智能化水平具有重要作用;(5)在用户体验领域的研究同样需要更新思维,除了良好的质量、功能性及舒适的操纵体验外,个性化的生产需求将成为推动用户消费和产品制造的主要动力,并且通过借助嵌入式软件和互联网生产出具有新功能,特别是服务性功能的产品将成为未来制造的主流策略,而关于产品和服务融合环境下的用户体验问题也愈加继续被研究。所以,工业心理学的研究应与时代的进步紧密联系,积极的开展跨学科和交叉性的研究,从而才能更加有效的实现自身学科的发展与创新,才能更好的促进国家科学技术的进步和社会经济水平的发展。
The proposal of German industry 4.0 strategy and the introduction of Made-in-China 2025 planning mark that the industrial power has entirely entered the brand new phase of manufacturing transition and upgrading, while the intelligent manufacture centering on the convergent technology between physics and informatics is promoting the fourth industrial revolution of global manufacturing industry, following the mechanization, electrification and robotization. Thus, the industrial psychology should focus more on studies on fields such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence and robot, Big Data and cloud technology, human-computer interaction design and user experience in future, and therefore to fit in and promote the development of science and technology as well as manufacturing industry.(1) the industrial psychology should attach importance to the improvement of combination between reality technology and industrial manufacture in the research field of virtual reality, which therefore provide the technology platform to the visualization production of intelligent plant;(2) for the research field of artificial intelligence and robot, it should strive for the improvement in machine learning. By better expansion of human's experience of cognition and learning to the research and development of computerized algorithm, the intelligent level of machine learning can be further enhanced afterward;(3) research in Big Data and Cloud Technology field should be gradually transformed from information collection and accumulation into its management and application. Data is the raw material of product research and development as well as market positioning. While through Internet and software factory, model-assisted and smart management can be achieved for the whole industry chain. User feedback of products, then, can be quickly delivered to the upstream of manufacturing chain for product optimization. Reasonable and efficient usage of big data will shorten the life circle of product manufacturing and upgrading to the maximum;(4) besides focusing on traditional user operation interface, research in human-computer interaction design field should also pay full attention to the smart production and operation platform of factories. How to design the virtual visualized operation system in product manufacturing? How to optimize the control system of product manufacturing of workers? These are two essential questions in terms of reducing man-made interference during production and increasing intelligence level of factories;(5) similarly, the research in the user experience field also needs to renew our thinking. Apart from the good quality, functionality and comfortable operation experience, the personalized manufacture requirements will become the major impetus which promotes consumers' consumption and product manufacture, and products with new functions, especially service function and produced by virtue of the embedded software and Internet, will become the dominant strategy of the future manufacture, while problems about the user experience under the environment of the convergence of product and service will also continue to be studied. Therefore, the study on industrial psychology should closely connect with the progress of the times, cross-subject and interdisciplinary research should be carried out actively, thus, we can realize the development and innovation of our science more effectively, and better promote the progress of national science and technology and the development of social and economic level.
