汉族与少数民族硕士研究生的情绪调节特点

摘要
我国少数民族硕士研究生的比例正逐年扩大,培养身心健康的少数民族研究生,对于提高少数民族地区的政治和经济发展具有长远的重要意义。因此,本研究的目的在于进一步调查我国汉族和少数民族硕士研究生的情绪调节特点及其与心理健康的相关。本研究以北京市某高校硕士一年级研究生为被试,其中汉族学生1430人,少数民族学生85人,采用症状自评量表(SCI-90)、情绪调节策略问卷以及情绪调节效能感问卷,考察了少数民族和汉族硕士研究生的情绪调节特点及其与心理健康的关系。由于汉族和少数民族学生人数相差较大,采用Bootstrap法对两组被试的结果进行了t检验,结果发现,在情绪调节策略上,汉族硕士研究生在认知重评的得分上显著低于少数民族学生,在抑制的得分上和少数民族学生无显著差异。在情绪调节效能感上,汉族硕士研究生在积极情绪调节效能感上和愤怒情绪调节效能感上的得分和少数民族学生无显著差异;在沮丧/痛苦得分上低于少数民族学生。在SCL-90症状自评量表的焦虑、抑郁因子以及总均分上,汉族硕士生均显著高于少数民族硕士研究生(p<.05)。此外,在焦虑因子上得分超过2分的人数,也是汉族硕士研究生高于少数民族学生。由此可见,总体上,汉族硕士研究生的心理健康水平较少数民族硕士研究生更差一些。然而,从阳性因子均分超过2.5分的人数上看,少数民族学生(3.7%)则高于汉族学生(1.9%)。从相关因素上看,对汉族和少数民族学生来说,认知重评和三种情绪调节效能感都与其SCL-90总均分显著相关。本研究的结果表明,我国少数民族硕士研究生其心理健康水平总体上优于汉族学生,但是,心理健康问题较为严重的少数民族学生比例多于汉族研究生。而在与心理健康有关的因素方面,汉族学生和少数民族学生相同。因此,应从多方面同时提高我国汉族硕士研究生和少数民族学生的整体心理健康水平,同时应给予我国心理健康水平较低的少数民族硕士研究生更多的关注和干预。
The number of Ethnic minority graduate students increased every year. Training Ethnic minority students with good physical and mental health, it has long-term significance for developing political and economic in minority areas. Therefore, the present study was to further investigate emotion regulation and the relationship with Ethnic minority graduate students' mental health. The fresh graduate students of one university were the participants, 1430 were Han students and 85 were Ethnic minority students. The Symptom Checklist(SCL-90), Scale of the Emotion Regulation Strategies and Emotion Regulation Self-efficacy Scale were used to examine the emotion regulation and mental health of Han and Ethnic minority graduate students. The results from t-test showed that Han students had lower scores than Ethnic minority students on the cognitive reappraisal strategies and depress/pain emotion regulation self-efficacy; Han graduate students have higher scores on interpersonal sensitivity, depression, and the total grades than Ethnic minority students. In general, Han graduate students' mental health better than Ethnic minority students. However, the proportion of Ethnic minority students(3.7%) was more than Han students(1.9%) on the positive factor which is more than 2.5 points. Both for Han graduate students and Ethnic minority students, Cognitive reappraisal strategies and all emotion regulation self-efficacy were related with their mental health. Therefore, it should improve the mental health of Han graduate students, and care for and intervene to Ethnic minority students with serious mental problems.
