碳量子点荧光探针对三种硝基苯酚异构体的特异性识别

摘要
量子点作为新型荧光探针,在环境检验、药物分析甚至生命分析等领域具有广泛的应用前景,当前研究最广泛的半导体量子点,大部分具有较高的毒性和生产成本。碳量子点由生物相容性优异的碳元素作为核心组件并具有良好的光学性能,以其高抗光漂白性、长荧光寿命、宽荧光光谱区域和生物相容性,及可与有机染料和半导量子点媲美的荧光量子产率,吸引了科学家极大的关注,使之成为继富勒烯碳纳米管及石墨烯之后最热门的纳米材料之一。但是,如何实现对物种的高选择分析测定,如何同时测定环境和生物样品中多种组分仍是目前具有挑战牲的课题。本文将碳量子点与β-CD环糊精结合,成功实现了对硝基苯酚三种异构体的特异性识别和定量分析。
As a novel fluorescent probe quantum dots have been applied to environmental test, pharmaceutical analysis and biological analysis. Carbon quantum dots have been paid more attentions because of their better anti-photobleaching, longer fluorescence lifetime, wider fluorescence spectral region, better biocompatibility and higher fluorescence quantum efficiency comparing to semiconductor quantum dots with higher toxicity and cost. It is still a challenge to realize high selectivity analysis and simultaneous determination of multicomponent. In this paper, three nitrophenol isomers had been specific recognized by using carbon quantum dots combining with β-CD cyclodextrin.
