摘要
TiO_2是一种禁带宽度为3.2 eV的宽禁带半导体,有3种晶体结构:锐钛矿相、金红石相、板钛矿相。由于其独特的光学和电学性质,在气敏传感器、光催化降解有机物、光敏染料太阳能电池和防污自清洁材料等领域具有潜在的应用价值。本文在溶剂热体系中,110 oC反应48 h制备出超薄纳米片组装的TiO_2纳米花状结构,并对其进行氢化处理。研究发现随着氢化处理时间的增长,光催化降解MO染料的效率随之提高。
TiO_2 has anatase, rutile and brookitea crystal structures, with a wide band gap of 3.2e V. Due to its unique optical and electrical properties, TiO_2 has great potential applications in gas sensors, photocatalytic degradation of organic matters, the photosensitive dye solar cell self-cleaning and anti-fouling materials. In this paper, TiO_2 flower-like structure assembled with ultrathin nanosheets has been synthesized in a thermal solvent system at 110 oC for 48 h, and annealed at hydrogen atmosphere for different time. It is found that photocatalytic performance of hydrogenated TiO_2 on the degradation of MO solution has been improved along with the increase of hydrogenation time.
