基于硬模版法合成多孔径ZSM-5分子筛

摘要
分子筛作为吸附剂已被广泛的应用于环境治理,分子筛的孔径结构和比表面决定吸附气体种类和吸附效率。本文采用硬模板法,以复合多孔径碳纳米管为模板剂,偏铝酸钠/原硅酸四乙酯为1:40;在180℃条件下的反应釜中恒温70 h,600℃煅烧10 h除去碳模板剂,得到整体孔径范围2-50 nm的多孔径ZSM-5分子筛。该新型多孔径分子筛具有多种孔径和较高比表面积,可作为吸附剂被用于大气污染或水污染处理,或作为催化剂载体被用于炼油或石化等领域。
Molecular sieve as adsorbent has been widely applied in environmental governance,gas species and adsorption efficiency is decided by pore geometry and specific surface of molecular sieve.In the article,multi-pore ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized with hard template route method using mutil-wall carbon nanotubes of different mesoporsities,which pore size ranging from 2 to 50 nm.The composition of synthesis materials in terms of molar ratio was Na Al O2/40 TEOS,and hydrothermic crystallization were carried out at 453 K for 70 h,subsequently carbon template was removed by controlled combustion at 873 K for 10 h.Due to the new multi-pore ZSM-5 zeolite with a set of different size pore and high surface area,it can be used as adsorbent was used to deal with the pollution of the atmosphere or water and as catalyst carrier used in oil refining and petrochemical.
