恶臭气体在采样袋中的保持性研究

摘要
目前,在恶臭气体如畜禽恶臭的离线检测中,采样袋法是较为常用的气体采样方法。然而由于恶臭气体大多具有浓度较低、动态变化、物理化学特性复杂等特点,选择适当的采样袋和储存手段是非常重要的。本研究中,以对甲基苯酚为臭气样本,以质子转移反应质谱为检测手段,探究了不同采样袋(氟莱德、泰德拉、特氟龙)对对甲基苯酚的贮存特性。
Currently,the sampling bag is commonly used in gas sampling of malodorous gas for example emitted from intensive animal production.Since most malodorous gases of livestock associated with lower concentrations,complex characteristics of physical and chemical properties.The selection of appropriate sampling bags and storage strategies is therefore critical.In this study,we explored the storage characteristics of different sampling bags(fluode,Tedlar,Teflon) with phenol-cresol as an example compound and by using proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry(PTR-MS) as the detection method.
