摘要
采用原子层沉积ALD技术在聚偏氟乙烯PVDF微滤膜表面沉积ZnO进行膜材料亲水改性,并研究其对膜表面亲疏水性能、水通量、截留性能及延缓膜污染效能的影响。结果表明,ZnO-ALD改性PVDF微滤膜表面均匀负载上超薄的ZnO改性层,具有良好的表面保形性;ZnO-ALD改性微滤膜具有良好的亲水性能和过流性能。同时ZnO-ALD改性微滤膜对污泥胞外聚合物EPS静态吸附污染具有较强的抵抗性能,对多糖和蛋白质吸附量明显降低,吸附饱和后膜清水通量的衰减率和膜阻力增强情况得到明显延缓。
