基于集中参数网络的基座阻抗等效方法研究

摘要
浮筏隔振系统是舰船上最主要、最有效的减振降噪措施之一,高精度浮筏隔振系统建模分析方法是其设计的主要工具,其中,隔振系统基座建模是影响分析精度的关键一环。由于实际基座模型和边界条件比较复杂,其有限元模型通常难以精确建立。本文提出一种基座等效方法,基于基座安装点的原点及传递导纳矩阵测试结果,构造一个由弹簧和阻尼组成的集中参数网络矩阵,精确等效基座的动力学特性,消除浮筏隔振系统建模中由于基座模拟带来的误差。
The floating raft isolator system is the most effective measure of vibration damping in ship. High precision modeling method for the floating raft isolator system is the basic tool of the design of it, which is the key influence of the analyzing precision in the modeling of the basement. The FEM model of the basement cannot be precisely established because of the complex of the actual boundary conditions. Based on the test data of the impedance matrix of the basement mount point, the equivalent method of modeling the basement was proposed and established a network matrix of the concentrate parameters factors composed by spring and damping, which can precisely imitate the dynamic characteristics of the basement and eliminate the error produced by the imitating of the basement in the modeling of the floating raft isolator system.
