针灸联合中医康复训练治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍临床疗效分析

摘要

目的:分析针灸联合中医康复训练治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:抽取我院自2015年1月至2016年6月收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者80例,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组采用针灸治疗方法,实验组采用针灸联合中医康复训练进行治疗。而后对比两组患者治疗前后的吞咽困难量表评分及治疗后的总有效率。结果:治疗前,实验组与对照组的吞咽困难量表评分之间差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的吞咽困难量表评分明显高于对照组的,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的总有效率(95%)明显高于对照组的(77.5%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合中医康复训练治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍取得了显著的临床疗效,明显改善了患者的吞咽障碍症状,值得在临床应用中大力推广和使用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation training on dysphagia of stroke. Methods: Eighty patients with dysphagia were admitted to our hospital from January, 2015 to June, 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. Acupuncture was used in the control group. Acupuncture was used in the experimental group. And then compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment of dysphagia score and thetotal effective rate after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05). After treatment, the dysphagia score of the experimental groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group,(P <0.05). The total effective rate(95%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%), the differencewas statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation training has significant clinical effect in treating stroke dysphagia. It can improvethe symptoms of dysphagia in patients and deserve to be popularized and used in clinical practice.
