临床护理路径应用于脑梗塞患者康复功能锻炼中的效果评价

摘要

目的:以101例脑梗塞患者作为本次研究的对象,探究在其康复功能锻炼中应用临床护理路径的临床效果。方法:本研究试验组选取为2013年6月~2015年6月期间在我院进行治疗的53例脑梗塞患者,并在其康复功能锻炼中应用临床护理路径进行护理治疗。对照组选取为同期在我院进行治疗的另48例脑梗塞患者,其康复功能锻炼中采用的治疗方法为神经内科常规护理方法。对比两组患者的康复功能锻炼情况、住院时间以及患者护理满意程度等相关临床指标。结果:经过不同方案进行护理治疗后,试验组在康复功能锻炼知识的掌握程度以及完成程度上均显著高于对照组,P<0.05,两组差异显著。另外,患者的住院时间与对照组相比显著缩短,且患者临床护理满意度相对较高。结论:在脑梗塞患者的康复功能锻炼中采用临床护理路径临床疗效显著,不仅能显著提高患者的康复功能锻炼知识掌握程度,更能提升患者的完成程度,且患者对此临床护理方法的满意程度也相对比较高,值得在临床广泛推广应用。
Objective: In 101 cases of cerebral infarction patients as the research object, to explore the clinical effect of application of clinical nursing path in the rehabilitation training in. method: The study group of 53 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015, and the clinical nursing pathway was used in the treatment of patients withcerebral infarction. Control group was selected for the same period in our hospital for treatment of 48 cases of cerebral infarction patients, the rehabilitation of functional exercise in the treatment of routinenursing approaches for the nerve. Compared with the two groups of patients with the rehabilitation of functional exercise, hospital time and the degree of patient care satisfaction and other related clinicalindicators. Result: After different programs for nursing treatment, the experimental group in the recovery of functional exercise knowledge and the degree of mastery of knowledge were significantlyhigher than that of the control group, P < two, the 0.05 groups were significantly different. In addition, the patient's hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and thepatients' clinical nursing satisfaction was relatively high. Conclusion: Degree of completion of rehabilitation training of patients with cerebral infarction in the clinical nursing path has a significantclinical effect, not only can significantly improve with rehabilitation training of knowledge, and improve the patients, and patients with this degree of satisfaction with the clinical nursing approach isrelatively high, it is worth spreading in clinical practice.
