摘要

目的探讨抗结核病药物在老年肺结核患者治疗中不良反应并分析其影响因素。方法选取2013年1月~2015年5月我院诊治297例规律服用抗结核病药物老年肺结核患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析患者出现药物不良反应情况,并对引起患者不良反应相关因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果老年肺结核患者药物不良反应发生率为29.63%,常见为肝功能损伤、胃肠道反应、过敏反应及血液系统异常。单因素分析得出,年龄、诊断类型、治疗类型、饮酒史及肝病史在药物不良反应患者间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄、饮酒史及肝病史为影响老年肺结核患者服用抗结核病药物发生不良反应的危险因素。结论老年肺结核患者服用抗结核病药物易引起药物不良反应,年龄、饮酒及肝病史为影响发生药物不良反应危险因素。
Objective To investigate the factors of anti-TB drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with tuberculosis and analyze the impact of adverse reactions. Method Select 297 cases ofregular use of anti-TB drugs in elderly patients with tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed clinical data in January 2013 ~ May 2015 in our hospital for treatment, analysis of adverse drug reactions inpatients, and cause adverse reactions in patients and related factors were multivariate analysis. Result The occurrence of adverse drug reactions in elderly patients with tuberculosis was 29.63%, commonfor liver dysfunction, gastrointestinal reactions, allergic reactions and blood abnormalities. Univariate analysis results, age, diagnosis type, type of treatment, drinking history and history of liver diseaseamong patients with adverse drug reactions were statistically significant differences(P <0.05). Adverse risk factors as age, alcohol history and history of liver disease as affecting the elderly tuberculosisoccurred in patients taking anti-TB drugs. Conclusion Elderly tuberculosis patients taking anti-TB drugs can lead to adverse drug reactions, age, alcohol consumption and history of liver disease asaffecting the risk factors for adverse drug reactions.
