含有POSS的端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷的合成、表征与性能研究

摘要
以异丁基三硅醇(T7-POSS)为起始剂,三氟化硼·乙醚(BF3·OEt2)为催化剂,进行环氧氯丙烷(ECH)阳离子开环聚合,合成一种新式的主链带有POSS的端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷(POSS-PECH)。对不同相对分子质量的POSS-PECH产物测试羟值计量固化,然后进行热分解测试,TGA结果证明引入POSS可以在一定程度上提高此材料的热稳定性。
A novel hydroxyl-terminated polyepichlorohydrin(PECH) with POSS was synthesized by cationic ringopening polymerization of epichlorohydrin using Isobutyl-trisilanol(T7-POSS) as initiator,BF_3·OEt_2 as catalyst.POSSPECHs of different molecular weight were cured after testing hydroxyl value and taken thermogravimetric analysis.TGA data indicated that the POSS-PECH nanocomposites had better thermal stability in comparison with pure-PECH.
