滑石-TiO_2复合白色颜料在涂料中的应用研究

摘要
论文研究了滑石-TiO_2复合颗粒作为白色颜料在涂料中的使用性能,对矿物一钛白复合颗粒材料的应用进行了有益的探索。试验结果表明,两种滑石-TiO_2复合颜料所制备的涂料的对比率随着颜料添加量的增大呈现增加趋势,在颜料添加量为15%-20%,膜厚为80μm与100μm的条件下,两种复合颜料涂膜对比率分别超过国标(GB/T9755—2014)所规定的一等品指标(≥0.90)和优等品指标(≥0.93),滑石-TiO_2复合钛白在提高涂料白度性能上,明显优于纯钛白,复合钛白颜料所制备的涂料涂膜具有良好的抗紫外老化性能,在紫外线照射600h内的△E~*_(ab)值小于1.8,可以满足涂料的使用要求。
The paper studied the utilization of talc-TiO_2 composite particles used as a white pigment in paint,and it was a beneficial exploration for the application of mineral-Ti02 composite particles.The test results showed that,the contrast ratio of the paint prepared by two kinds of talc-Ti02 composite pigment increased with the increasing of these two composite white pigment's amount.When the amount of pigment is added to 15%-20%,and film thickness were 80 μm or 100 μm,these two kinds of composite pigment contrast ratio exceeded the Value which was formulated by the national standard(GB/T9755-2014)grade index required(≥0.90)and quality indexes(≥0.93).Talc-TiO_2 composite titanium dioxide particles can improve paint's brightness performance,significantly better than pure titanium.The paint prepared by these composite titanium dioxide pigment has good properties of anti UV aging,and the △E* ab value in the ultraviolet irradiation in 600 h was less than 1.8,which provide it can meet the requirements for paint.
