磷、硼对直接时效GH4169合金650℃长期时效稳定性的影响

摘要
本文研究了P、B对直接时效GH4169合金650℃长期时效组织性能稳定性的影响,结果表明,P、B可以显著抑制晶界δ相和α-Cr相的析出和长大。标准成分的GH4169合金在650℃时效1500h就在晶界上析出α-Cr相,时效3000h后δ相周围形成无γ″相析出区。添加P、B后,时效3000h后合金仍未观察到α-Cr相和无γ″相析出区。P、B对直接时效态GH4169合金室温拉伸性能及其650℃长期时效稳定性无明显影响,但显著提高合金的680℃/700MPa持久性能和595℃/825MPa蠕变性能及其650℃长期时效稳定性。
The direct aged rolled rods GH4169 alloy with and without phosphorus and boron additions were prepared,and the long term aging at 650℃ for as long as 3000 h were performed,in order to evaluate the effect of phosphorus and boron additions on the microstructure and property stability of GH4169 alloy.It was found that the intergranular 8 phase and α-Cr phase precipitation was markedly reduced by the phosphorus and boron additions,the 8 phase was much larger in the alloy with normal phosphorus and boron contents after the 650℃ aging,and α-Cr phase appeared after 1500 h aging,and the γ "free area were formed around the large 8 particles after 3000 h aging.While no α-Cr phase and γ" free area were observed in the alloy with 0.024%phosphorus and 0.0093%boron additions after 3000 h aging.Phosphorus and boron additions influenced neither the room temperature tensile properties of GH4169 alloy nor the stability of the properties during 650℃ aging up to 3000 h.However,it improved the 680℃/700 MPa stress rupture life and 595℃/825 MPa creep properties significantly of GH4169 alloy at direct aging state and after long aging at 650 ℃.
