新型镍基高温合金GH4720Li固溶处理过程中的晶粒长大行为

摘要
本文对GH4720Li合金在1080~1 190℃、保温15~240min固溶处理过程的晶粒长大行为进行了系统的研究。结果表明,GH4720Li合金中γ′相对晶界的"钉扎"作用是晶粒长大的主要阻力,其在1160℃的溶解行为引起晶粒长大速度的显著变化,在两个温度区间,晶粒长大平均激活能差异显著,其数值分别为2023.86kJ和601.48kJ。
Grain growth behavior and kinetics during the solution treatment process(at temperature from 1080℃ to1190℃,dwelling times from 15 min to 240min) of GH4720 Li alloy was investigated.The experimental results show that the γ'-phase pinning the grain boundary is the dominating resistance of grain growth,the dissolution behavior of γ'-phase at the temperature 1160℃ is the reason that brings the prominent variation of grain growth.The grain growth average activation energies of GH4720 Li alloy are remarkably different at two temperature ranges.The numerical values of grain growth average activation energy are 2023.86 kJ and 601.48 kJ.
