一种高温合金的组织演变规律研究

摘要
本文就GH5188合金冷轧带材在加工中的组织演变进行了跟踪。主要涉及铸态、锻态、热轧态、冷轧态以及退火态等主要工序状态下合金的组织。跟踪显示:GH5188合金在从钢锭到冷轧带材的整个加工过程中的组织为:奥氏体基体和M_6C型碳化物,还存在极少量的M_(23)C_6和镧的氧化物、硫化物等夹杂物;氧化镧等夹杂物的存在影响合金加工性;M_6C型碳化物在带材整个加工过程中为主要的析出存在相,其对合金组织性能影响关键。
The microstmcture evolution of Co-based supperalloy GH5188 alloy in metal forming processes has been studied.The forming processes are including ingot-casting,hot-forging,hot-rolling,cold-rolling,and annealing.The study shows that the microstmcture of GH5188 alloy in forming processes is mainly comprised of austenitic matrix and M_6C Carbide,a little of M_(23)C_6 and Lanthanum oxide,Lanthanum sulfide.The inclusions such as Lanthanum oxide Deteriorates processing properties of the GH5188 alloy.The M_6C carbide is the main precipitated phase in metal forming processes,it affects the microstmcture and properties of GH5188 alloy.
