UNS N06625合金热成型参数分析

摘要
采用Gleeble 1500D热模拟实验机进行高温拉伸试验确定UNS N06625合金热加工温度区间,拟合计算高温压缩实验数据获得该合金的峰值应力模型、动态再结晶临界变形量模型,分析变形条件对合金动态再结晶及晶粒度的影响,结合铸态组织析出相、晶粒度分析,确定合适的热成型工艺。
High temperature tensile tests were conducted by using Gleeble 1500 D thermomechanical simulator to determine hot working temperature range for UNS N06625 alloy,the peak stress and dynamic recrystallization critical deformation model were obtained by the fitting of high temperature compression experiment data,the effect of deformation conditions on the dynamic recrystallization and grain size of the UNS N06625 alloy was also analyzed.The appropriate hot forming process was determined by combining the as-cast organization,precipitated phase,and grain size.
