碳含量对一种镍基高温合金组织的影响

摘要
研究了0.046%~0.305%碳含量对一种镍基合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明,随碳含量增加,合金中碳化物数量增加,尺寸增大,(γ+γ′)共晶数量和尺寸逐渐减少。碳含量小于0.09%时,碳化物以细针状为主,析出数量较少。碳含量大于0.23%时,碳化物以块状为主,析出数量较多。合金中的疏松均单个存在。在低和高碳含量的合金中疏松平均面积较大,而在中间碳含量合金中疏松平均面积较小。
The solidification microstructure of experimental nickel-base superalloys with different levels of carbon has been investigated.In the as-cast microstructures were found to exhibit a decrease in the amount and size of the eutectic structure was decrease,in the volume fraction and size of carbides was increase,as the carbon content was increased.With increasing carbon addition,the carbide morphology is changed from needle-like,at lower than 0.09 wt.%,to blocky shape,at higher than 0.23 wt.%.The average porosity areas were at larger in the alloy with either low or high carbon content,compared with alloy than those in medium carbon content alloys.
