橡胶模板法介孔SiO_2的制备及在卷烟中的应用

摘要
以天然橡胶乳液为模板制备介孔SiO_2材料,通过透射电镜和扫描电镜(TEM,SEM)、小角X射线衍射(SAXRD)以及比表面积分析仪(BET)进行表征,初步进行卷烟有害成分降低效果评价。结果表明,所制备的SiO_2为空心球状,具有较高比表面积和均一的介孔结构;将其添加到卷烟滤嘴中,对巴豆醛和氨的释放量具有显著的降低效果,卷烟的危害性指数也相应降低。
Mesoporous SiO_2 are synthesized via a simple natural rubber latex biotemplating route.The product was characterized by TEM,SEM,SAXRD and BET for their structure and morphology.The powder consists of hollow spherical particles with a large specific surface and considerable mesopores.And the prepared material was applied to cigarette filter to evaluate the performance of reducing harmful components in cigarette smoking.The results showed that the application of mesoporous SiO_2 without altering the cigarette smoking under the premise of quality,Crotonaldehyde and ammonia were prominently removed in mainstream cigarette smoke,while the cigarette hazard index decreased to some extent.
