航空发动机试车台流场特性数值预测

摘要
对于新设计建成的航空发动机室内试车台,在使用前需要在试车间布置流场测点,通过试验测量确定台架的推力修正系数。本文以某型涡扇发动机试车为背景,采用三维数值模拟方法预测涡轮发动机室内试车台工作时的流场流动特性,并分析了引射器长度变化对试车台流场和夹带比产生的影响,为试车台流场测量方案的设计和测点布置提供参考。
Before a new designed aero engine indoor test bed come into service,the thrust correction factor of test bed should be confirmed through measuring the flow field of test bed.on the background of a turbofan engine,CFD methods was employed to simulate the flow structure of indoor test bed,in addition,the influence of ejector length on the flow field and entrainment ratio was analyzed which provide a reference to flow field test design and measure point arrangement of test bed.
