美国利用移动通信网络开展无人机飞行监管的启示

摘要
对美国利用公众移动通信网络开展小型无人机飞行监管的总体发展情况、技术原理、典型系统及其在美国空管和航空服务系统中的定位进行了研究分析,针对我国航空、空管发展现状和特点,提出了我国利用公众移动通信网络进行低空飞行监管和信息服务的建议构想。
The development of flight supervision to light-small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs) based on mobile communication system in USA is introduced,including the status,technologies,representative system and its position in the CNS/ATM and flight service system.Taking counting to the development of the aviation industry and Air Traffic Management(ATM),we propose some advice to supply low-altitude flight service utilizing mobile communication systems as data transmitting channel in our country.
